Written by Chris Amico is one of the first few journalists to fund their work via Spot.Us. If all goes well – his piece should also be the first Spot.Us article to be republished in print (keep your eye on the Spot.Us blog for details – needless to say, I'm excited).
But this post is to give him some kudos for another project of his. This journalism toolkit database is turning into something pretty cool. It isn't even a fully finished application yet – but the potential is already apparent. Knowing Chris it is probably a Django app he has been working on in his spare time.
Looking forward to see what comes of it. I would love to see Mindy McAdams do a brain-dump into it.
