Ego-Post and More Traveling

Just keeping these links.

My reporting shows up in the New York Times: “Its important to create a system that has a balance of accountability
and free form,” Ryan Mickle, the site’s founder, told David Cohn of newassignment.net. It is based on Digg, he said, because “it’s a balance between a wiki and a forum, and neither [alone] would have worked for Do The Right
Thing.”

Crowdsourcing tests yield mixed results

The YouTube debates:

This Sunday I woke up and my roomate decided we were going to go to Philly for a Philly Cheesesteak.

My time on the East coast is limited and I still hadn’t been to the city of brotherly love. I couldn’t say no.

We hopped on a train to go over to our friends place in Jersey and from there — we were off. By 2pm we were eating a fantastic Philly cheesesteak. Now I know what the fuss is about.

Then we drove around and visited Ben Franklin’s grave. I took a moment of silence for the first blogger ever.

Instead of going home — we drove off to Atlantic City. I won $50 on video poker. I have luck in Atlantic City.

All in all — it was a nice Sunday. I can leave the east coast knowing I made it to Philly.

  1. I once made a 2-hour pit stop in Philly to have Pat’s Cheesesteak. Totally worth it.
When do you officially leave the east coast?
