A fantastic post that hits on some of my concerns about the maturing blogosphere. One that was overlooked: It’s still all about tech. The blogosphere can’t be “mature” if it only makes money for tech bloggers.

A century ago people saw the car merely as a faster horse, yet it led to entirely new cities, with suburbs and sprawl, to new retail cultures, new dependencies (oil) and new health threats. By the same token, wireless is not just an easier-to-use phone.
