My Six Jobs

There are two types of bloggers: Linkers and thinkers.

As much as I’d like to be the former, I am, without a doubt, the later.

My problem, however, is time. I simply can’t find time these days to take the thoughts that I have going through my head and sit down to write them.

Will this change?

Probably not for a little bit.

Recently I made a list of jobs. They go as follows.

1. NewAssignment.Net/Assignment Zero (coming to a close…. sorta.. Assignment Zero is ending, I hope to start a new project soon)
2. Research Assistant: Helping Jeff Howe write his book.
3. Netscape Navigator: A labor of love, is labor non-the-less
4. New Job (ANNOUNCEMENT): I’ll be working with Jeff Jarvis on a conference — details to come when the details are to be had.
5. Class #1: Narrative Writing
6. Class #2: Masters Thesis.

For those of you keeping track — that’s roughly six jobs, six bosses, each require a little bit of time every day.

So no, Digidave.org will not be the home of my great daily hypothesis. But I will post when I either get bored and feel like doing an ego rant (like this one) or have something that hits me — and I am not busy applying those thoughts to one of my six jobs.
